I’m Ivan Pešić.

I’m an operations builder. My work is business systemization, process design, and execution. I spent years at Infobip, a global tech company, moving from client solutions engineering through revenue operations and services operations into Salesforce administration. I built KPI frameworks, CRM architectures, and reporting systems used by teams around the world.

Today I work on several things:

Hallett’s Cove Partners is my consulting practice. I offer fractional COO services, business systemization, KPI design, automation, and AI support to companies that want to run leaner and scale without chaos. I also sell Operator Tools, a set of simple calculators and business health and decision tools for operators.

DPoslovi is a Croatian recruiting and worker leasing agency where I serve as COO. We place and lease blue-collar workers, including third-country nationals, which means navigating labor law and cross-border regulation every day.

Boom Experiences is a destination management company where I work as Fractional COO, supporting operations and processes across tourism and event production. Boom runs the Boom Boat Party, one of the most iconic experiences on the Adriatic.

Zofy is an AI-powered personal development and coaching platform I’m building to help people form habits and execute on their goals.

I also work with Micro1 as an AI trainer, contributing as a domain expert in business and finance, and with Mercor as a contractor.

Why “Grow Through Challenge”

I wasn’t handed confidence or direction. I built them. I dealt with bullying and social anxiety growing up, found my way back to faith, and learned that the only reliable path forward is through difficulty, not around it. Grow Through Challenge is the idea behind the businesses I run, the systems I build, and the content I create for people who feel stuck or lack direction.

I believe in personal responsibility, high agency, and structured self-improvement. I also believe a company doesn’t need to grow headcount to be successful. Efficiency beats scale.

Beyond work

I read and think about business, finance, technology, history, and spirituality, both Christian and Hindu traditions. I’m learning Indonesian and studying systems science from first principles. Long term, I’m building toward personal sovereignty.
