Hallett’s Cove Partners. I recently launched Operator Tools, a set of simple calculators and business health and decision tools for operators. I’m taking on fractional COO, systemization, automation, and AI support engagements with clients in the EU and the US.

DPoslovi. Running operations for the agency: worker leasing, compliance under Croatian labor law, recruitment automation, and cross-border placement processes. Currently leading the leasing program.

Boom Experiences. Supporting operations and processes through the summer season, including the Boom Boat Party, one of the most iconic experiences on the Adriatic.

Zofy. Developing the product: habit scoring, growth profiles, and the core daily loop. Preparing investor materials. Zofy is a personal development and coaching platform for structured self-improvement.

Micro1. Working as an AI trainer, contributing as a domain expert in business and finance.

Mercor. Working as a contractor on AI projects.

Grow Through Challenge. Writing here and building out YouTube, X, Instagram, and TikTok for people who want direction, discipline, and momentum.

Personal. Learning Indonesian, studying systems science from first principles, and running a structured health protocol: 15 kg down by the end of October.
